We will start by evaluating your current fitness, nutrition, lifestyle, and more and create a plan that is tailored to meet your life schedule, interests and goals. I highly recommend personal training if you are new to exercise, want to improve posture, or improve muscle imbalances that lead to poor movement and may lead to injuries.
I am available to come to your home, apartment or local park and will bring any exercise equipment we need. I am also available for training at Evolv Fitness in South Lake Union.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
If you are looking for a personal trainer to work with you and your spouse or a group of friends. Perhaps for the extra motivation or for the cost savings.
